This one goes outside the room, not inside it. Light bars down both sides show red for occupied and green for free — readable from the side as well as head-on, so you can see it walking down a corridor, and programmable to other RGB colours if the branding calls for it. It books and reads meetings directly from Microsoft Exchange (Outlook and Microsoft 365), Google Calendar, CollegeNET 25Live or Ad Astra, with further providers added by firmware update. Backgrounds and logos are customisable, and PoE+ keeps it to one cable.
