Overview
Plano is a passive in-wall speaker range, so the amplification stays in the rack and the wall holds only the driver assembly. Plano R3 is the compact one, for smaller rooms or surround positions; Plano R5 is the larger reference cabinet, intended for front left and right or a centre channel. Both use an AMT ribbon tweeter for wide dispersion and directivity, aluminium mid-woofers with an aluminium phase plug, and Kevlar bass woofers.
